Before relocating to Canada, he worked with several of the largest hardware vendors in the United States, restoring, validating, and preparing equipment at scale for redeployment and resale.

As a Senior Refurbishment Specialist, Rodrick specializes in bringing high-value hardware back to life. He combines methodical processes with practical judgment developed over years on the floor—knowing when a system needs a full rebuild and when a precise component swap is enough. His work ensures enterprise equipment leaves the facility reliable, consistent, and ready for production use.
